100% Powder: Freeriden im Skicircus
Experience skiing in the open countryside.
There is hardly anything more beautiful than gliding off-piste over wide slopes in virgin deep snow. Freeriding means challenge and adventure.
Off the groomed pistes, making a new deep snow track - freeriding is the definition of freedom and also demands a high level of sporting skills. Untouched nature, no people, no rutted pistes - the mountains in the Saalbach Hinterglemm area are an invitation to rock their countless slopes and firn runs.
If you've never skied off-piste before and want to learn, the local ski instructors and ski schools will be happy to help. You will be looked after individually by experienced guides in small groups. Please contact the ski school of your choice.
Freeride Park Leogang
Two alpine trend sports are coming closer and closer together: freeride and freestyle. Fans of feeriding love untouched deep snow slopes. Freestylers let off steam in snow parks with obstacles and half pipes. In order to unite these two sports in one course, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn offers a novelty: as the first ski resort in Europe, a joint offer has been created for both groups: The Freeride Park.
In a separate area in Leogang, an area was created that combines deep snow with specially created obstacles. A wide variety of obstacles and kickers are integrated into the natural terrain and provide a lot of fun on deep snowy slopes - according to the formula: Freeride + Freestyle = FREESKI
